A property standing still costs you money and attention.
A property that is not presentable goes online later, shows less well and is reduced more often. We take on the whole practical process: clearing, repairing, freshening up and handing over clean.
Because we carry out the plastering, painting and spray work with our own tradespeople, there is no waiting on separate parties. That shortens the lead time and the number of calls you have to make.

Working together on a fixed basis
If you handle sale-ready properties regularly, we are happy to set fixed arrangements: a named contact, an agreed response time and a consistent way of reporting. Invoicing can be per property or bundled per period, as you prefer.
We also work for investors and property managers on tenancy turnovers, where the same approach applies: survey quickly, deliver briefly, hand over neatly.
What we do not do
We do not value, we do not sell and we do not give legal or tax advice. We deliver. That means there is no conflict of interest with your role as the agent.
Frequently asked questions.
How soon can you survey a property?
Usually within two working days of your instruction, provided the property is accessible. You then receive a proposal with the scope and a schedule.
Can you deal with the owner or heirs directly?
Yes, when they give permission. We keep you as the agent informed of progress and the handover date.
What happens to valuables?
They are set aside and not disposed of. Anything that must be kept is recorded in writing before we start.
Can you do only the painting or spray work?
Yes. We currently have our own finishing capacity available, including for standalone instructions without a clearance.
How is this invoiced?
Per property, or bundled per period for an ongoing arrangement. We agree that in advance.
